Ownership & Payment Terms

WebbyWolf Innovations remains the sole owner of all work and intellectual property until full payment is received.

Payment terms will be finalized based on discussion and agreement with the client. By default, full advance payment is required.

Payments must be made via Payoneer, Razorpay (once approved), or other approved payment methods. For Indian clients, GST is applicable on invoices, while export services are zero-rated for tax purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refund requests are handled solely at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances. Refunds will not be provided once a service has been delivered, accessed, or utilized.

Limitation of Liability

WebbyWolf Innovations shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from using our website or services.
  • Issues arising due to third-party services, hosting providers, APIs, or payment processors.
  • Any loss due to unauthorized access to client accounts or data breaches beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent user data. Information may be shared with third-party service providers for order fulfillment, payment processing, or legal compliance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra. WebbyWolf Innovations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
