Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guidelines for service cancellations and refunds at WebbyWolf Innovations.

Service Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested in writing via team@webbywolf.com before work has commenced.

Cancellations made after work has officially started may be subject to partial refunds, determined solely at our discretion based on the amount of work already completed.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To formally request a refund or exchange, please contact us at team@webbywolf.com with your order details and the reason for the request.

Refund Eligibility

All refunds are granted solely at our discretion. The following guidelines provide general principles, but WebbyWolf Innovations reserves the right to refuse any refund request:

  • If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be considered at our discretion, based on internal evaluation.
  • If WebbyWolf Innovations is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and costs incurred.
  • No refunds for delivered, accessed, or completed services.
  • No refunds for digital products, system integrations, or active subscriptions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

Note: Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and refusal of future work.

Clients are strongly encouraged to contact us first to resolve concerns amicably before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
